I have used a couple different of Lesly Walk Away The Pounds. I like the fact that you can choose to do just the mile or even more depending on the video. Sometimes I would get bored with the constant walking in place so I would try to add to it with weights or even putting on my own music to pump me up more. Some of her videos come with a meal plan as well which was really great. I used her video in the first month of my pregnancy and it gave me that added boost that I needed. Now I am about 6 months along and can barely lift my leg above my calf. Do your research about which video would work best for you. I would check out amazon.com and read other reviews. I have tried numerous diet pills with no success. My friend reccomended a website to me called the Asian Noodle Diet and I know it sounds crazy, I thought the same thing, but it actually worked and I enjoyed the food while doing it. Cross country will definately help you with your weight problems, if combined with the proper diet, because it is all running.

Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight. If you like to dance I say do a lot of dancing around the house. Check out some from the library. And just remeber to keep moving.
The first week I lost about 5 pounds, then a steady 2 pounds per week after that. I followed the points program religiously. I did not count my veg, dairy, etc servings or exercise. I did eat 3 servings of dairy per day and I think that helped a lot. Good luck with your weight loss!
