This is a chance to see how your $10.00 per month donation can work to make a big difference in the life of some wonderful senior who is in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility or other organization.
For your donation you will receive an email with a thank you letter from the National Head of the Silver Knights Alzheimer’s Charity and a Golden Knight Certificate suitable for framing. You will also receive by email a photo of your senior with a short letter from him or her thanking you for sponsoring them in the Silver Knight Chess Course.
After 6 months and again at the end of the program you will receive a thank you letter from your senior telling you how they are progressing. You will be so surprised how so little makes such a big difference in the happiness and health of a wonderful senior who are just like your parents and grandparents.

If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time you will need to come back to this page and unsubscribe. If you are donating $10 per month or more and unsubscribe during the one-year donation period you will not receive any further progress reports or “thank you” E-mail letters from your senior. After the one year period is up, you will need to come back here to sponsoring another senior.
If you purchase at $120 per year or more, once the first transaction takes place you will continue to receive progress reports and “thank you” E-mail letters from your senior for that year and no other. After the one year is up, you will need to come back here to sponsoring another senior. A great way to show in an ongoing way that you care about preventing Alzheimer’s as well as helping seniors to have a lot of chess fun!

PayPal is a safe way to transfer funds but if you wish to donate by check make the check payable to "The Silver Knights Alzheimer’s Charity” and write “Sponsor-A-Senior Program” on the check and include the number of sponsors you would like to sponsor, your name, address, phone and email address and if you would like for your senior(s) to receive your contact information or not and mail it to:
