For instance, the likelyhood that we encounter extra-terrestrial life in the next 5 minutes is very, very low.

But if we extend this time period to hundreds of billions of years, the chance of the human race making contact with outside intelligence in this time becomes a distinct possibility.

In terms of the chance of any single person encountering extraterrestrial life in their lifetime, the average chance would be extremely low. But again it depends on the technology at hand, one could assume someone in the next 2000 years peopl will have far superiour outer-space meaning they ahve a higher chance of encountering aliens, etc. If we assume that the intelligent life has the same chance of finding us as we would find them, the chance would double. But again for any given person it is extremely low, probably in the order of 1 in 1 billion or higher.

FEMA camps and the NDAA are the real thing. (just like an Orwellian Utopia) be the eff out of dodge to avoid some kind of urban uprising because of a disaster or emergency and about 30 or 40 miles out of town traffic will stop. military stormtroopers will walk through stopped traffic and warn people to stay in their cars. when you get to the roadblock ahead you will be told to get out of your car (leave all of your belongings and your keys in the car) and wait in a holding area. You will then board a bus and go to one of their internment facilities where you will be in-processed. Hopefully you will not get to play any of their games (waterboarding, solitary confinement, etc)

As for the NDAA that will be used to authorize the whole thing, did you read the book or see the movie "1984"? what it is. It allows any federal agency to declare an emergency and use the military forces to impose law. What they are doing in the mid east (door to door searches without warrants or any due process whatsoever) is only a rehearsal of what they have in store for us here. The fact is this; the enforcement of drug and firearm prohibition has allowed the government to turn this country into a pig powered police state and everyday it is becoming more and more like the USSR. In otherwords, if the CDC made the order I would be more receptive to it. If FEMA made the order, then I would probably be wary. Of course in an emergency situation, it might be difficult to tell who was who.

If FEMA needed to come in to give people shots, and people were already dead in the streets due to this disease, then a vaccine really help since already been exposed.

If the fake pandemic as you describe it was really caused by a chemical, then really there any shots that would help.

This is what the human race does: it concocts its own evidence to whatever it wants to believe. And "studies" are fairly easy to concoct, because you can always play fast and loose with definitions or add things like "We estimate the numbers are much higher because so-and-so is probably lying, blah blah blah……"
Example: Current feminist propaganda likes to state that one in six women has been raped, solely because the studies which found that define "rape" to be any act of sex which takes place after the woman says no. In other words, they consider cases of seduction or the woman changing her mind to be rape. And then they have the nerve to say "This is only counting the women who actually come forward, so the numbers are much higher." BS!

like the saying goes, 99% of statistics are made up. So really not studies that we should be focusing on. It should be common sense to any civilized person that absolutely nonsensical to argue okay for a person to create a life at will and then disregard any kind of responsibility to it and kill it. We, as a society, need to focus on getting people to use their common sense, rather than focusing on studies which are easy to manipulate.

Consider this: if ABC, or any company out there for that matter, turns out to do deeds, they may do whatever they can, including having a lawyer comb your entire site, fact-check every single thing you post, and they may perhaps even hire people posing as fans to try and egg you on into breaking the law. That and if you post any pictures on the site that are obtained through any means other than 100% legal procedures, or used without the companies consent might be handing them ammunition. For example, if you went and grabbed their logo from their website, they might try and sue you for using it without permission.

I suggest that if you are intent on taking on a giant like ABC, being one man/woman yourself, you better have a warchest of money just in case you actually have to go to depend on some free speech advocacy group to rush to your defense. expect to rally any prospective fans of the site to protest on your behalf. The most they would probably do is blog about how unfair it is and be done with it.

So if you are still intent on doing what you described above, I would suggest creating a concept site on disk and bring it to a lawyer to review. You will have to pay him/her for their services but trust me, it will be it. They will go through the information you have up there, and tell you what, if anything, you can be sued for. Ask this lawyer for some general guidelines to stay within the law, and then pay them for their time. Hang on to their business card because if you receive a "Cease and Desist" notice from ABC, the first person you are going to need to call.
